"The property is well maintained, clean, warm and safe.
Having my own bathroom is huge plus.
The general areas and grounds were cleaned by the Landlords.
Assigning and labelling storage space in the shared areas is definitely an excellent idea.
There seem to be a robust system for selecting suitable tenants who would get along as housemates.
Concerns were dealt with quickly and professionally.
Communication with tenants, such as when house mates were leaving or joining is very good.
The Polyhomes manual stating tips and general guidelines is very helpful."
